8 new grape species such as hongisul and heukboseok, and 4 new peaches such as suhong

 Professor Yun, Hae-Keun (Department of Horticultural Science, 42, photo) was listed in the 2010 Marquis Who\'s Who, the World biographical dictionary.

 Professor Yun developed 4 new species of high quality disease tolerant grapes such as hongisul and heukboseok, as well as 4 new species of domestic environment adapting peaches such as the suhong. He has accomplished great achievements in research on disease resistant Reaction Mechanism and useful genetics for plants and fruit trees, as well as in the development of useful sarcoma resources and separation systems.

 Professor Yun was a researcher at the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology, and also an adjunct professor at Florida A&M University in the US. He has been working as a professor at Yeungnam University Department of Horticultural Science since March 2009.
